A 3 bedroom town house will be available for rent from Easter 2009 in the new exciting tourist location of Santiago in Cape Verde.

The house is located in the new luxurious resort of Sambala on the Vivendas de Santiago complex overlooking a lake and waterfall which plunges dramatically into the Sao francisco valley.
It will be furnished to a very high standard, consisting of furniture made from quality mninga and cedar.

Direct flights from Birmingham are expected to start in Autumn 2008 to the new international airport of Praia by the national airline TACV.
Sambala is then only a short drive away on the planned tarmac road which is already under construction and should be complete when the resort is officially opened in Easter 2009.

Diving, trekking, tennis, windsurfing and game fishing will be some of the many activities on offer.

The golf course is presently in the planning stage by an Australian company and initial plans are for a challenging 18 hole course carved from the rugged landscape.

With flight times of less than 6 hours and a perfect all year round climate, it will surely emerge as a popular winter sun destination, as it's Europe's closest tropical destination.
